What is conveyancing?

What is Section 32 Statement and why is it important?

A Section 32 Statement basically details all the ‘fine print’ about the property you are purchasing, including a plan of the land, easements, services connected and any recent building approvals.

There are many other important details in a Section 32 and your we will read over this statement closely to make sure you are buying land or property that is worth it’s price with minimal restrictions and no encumbrances. You can then decide if you want to proceed with purchasing the land or property and it can also help you determine the value of your offer.
